What is included with my rental?
Each boat comes equipped with a cooler (ice and refreshments not included), fuel, life jackets, 2 stand-up paddleboards, and a lily pad floating mat.
How much does it cost to rent a captain?
A captain is required and paid directly prior to your trip — $150 for a 4-hour rental or $300 for an 8-hour rental.
What should I bring?
Sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat, towel, camera, cash, a valid driver’s license, a waterproof container, and any food or drinks you’d like to enjoy on the water.
Are there any restrictions?
No glass, no red wine, no pets. Maximum 10 passengers per boat.
Is alcohol allowed?
Yes — BYOB. Please drink responsibly.
Are coolers allowed?
Yes, and we provide one for you as well.
What are your hours and departure times?
Morning trips run 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Evening trips run 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM. All boats must be back by 6:30 PM. Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign your rental agreement.
Where do I park?
Parking is available at Marker 21 Marina and is pay-to-park. Your captain will contact you within 24 hours before your trip with arrival instructions.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7 or more days before your trip date receive a full refund. In the event of bad weather, we will offer a reschedule or full refund.
What if I arrive late?
Your booked time slot does not change for late arrivals. If you expect to be more than 30 minutes late, please contact us or your captain directly.
What if I damage or lose equipment?
You are responsible for any damages to the boat or equipment and for any equipment that is lost during your rental.
Should I tip my captain?
Tipping is not required but encouraged — 15 to 20% is standard.
Are life jackets provided?
Yes. Adult life jackets are provided, along with a limited number of infant, toddler, and youth sizes. If you need a smaller size, contact us at least 24 hours before your trip.
